(hereinafter, “UX”), we process the personal data you voluntarily provide when using the website https://inxightmedia.com/ in accordance with the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter, “LOPDP”) and its General Regulations (hereinafter, “Regulations”). We recognize and respect your right to the protection of your Personal Data, and therefore we are committed to maintaining its confidentiality and protecting it.

Therefore, through this Privacy Notice (hereinafter, “Notice”) we inform you how we protect your Personal Data, your rights, with whom we share your Personal Data, how long we retain your Personal Data, and other aspects established in the applicable regulations.

  • NOT TO BE SUBJECT TO DECISIONS BASED ON SOLE OR PARTIALLY AUTOMATED ASSESSMENTS: Right to object, request explanations, and request human review of decisions based on sole or partially automated processing that affect your interests.

 

The exercise of the aforementioned rights may be subject to limitations established in the applicable regulations.

 

Furthermore, if processing is carried out based on consent, you may revoke the consent granted free of charge when appropriate in accordance with applicable regulations.

1. EXERCISE OF DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

  1. SECURITY MEASURES

We adopt appropriate technical and organizational security measures to ensure the protection of your Personal Data. These security measures are intended to prevent the loss, alteration, unauthorized access, or unlawful processing of Personal Data, taking into account the volume and categories of Personal Data, the state of the art, the costs of their implementation, and the risks to which they are exposed.
